RESUMEN

A partir de la idea descrita por H. Skolimowski sobre como se adquiere el conocimiento y cómo se construye lo que el llama la espiral de conocimiento, se hace una revisión del conocimiento médico y de la construcción de su particular espiral del conocimiento, centrándose en la comparación de tres tradiciones médicas distintas, la de la medicina occidental – la autoproclamada como única medicina científica-, la medicina tradicional china y la medicina homeopática.
Se describen las características primordiales de cada una de estas espirales, partiendo de la descripción de la ontología y la epistemología de las cuales derivan.

ABSTRACT

Following the ideas written by H. Skolimowski (The participatory mind : a new theory of knowledge and of the Universe) about how we adquire knowledge and how we construct what he calls “the spiral of knowledge”, I did a revision of the medical knowledge and how it has been constructed his peculiar spiral of knowledge.
I focused in the comparision of three medical traditions : the western medicine –the so called scientific medicine- , the chinese traditional medicine and the homeopathic medicine.
I tried to describe which are the fundamental characteristics of their particular spiral of knowledge, starting from the description of their own ontology and epistemology, on which their are grounded
